Maple Oven Roasted Carrots

Rainbow carrots are severely my favourite.  The pop of shade is so attractive, and  I  love the purple ones, particularly.  These maple oven roasted carrots had been so scrumptious and completely roasted, they didn’t even make it to the dinner desk.  Oops.

Not solely are these maple oven roasted carrots going to be on my Thanksgiving desk, they’ve earned their maintain in my typical dinner rotation.  Who knew somebody who swore off “candy” flavors would love this recipe a lot!

These maple oven roasted carrots will be made in 40 minutes flat!  Easy wash, toss, and roast!  I  want to pores and skin my carrots earlier than tossing them within the maple combination.  Set the oven for 400 and roast for 30-40 minutes.

Components

  • 1
    LB
    carrots
  • 1/4
    cup
    maple syrup (grade A)
  • 1
    TBS
    dijon mustard
  • 2
    tsp
    contemporary rosemary

Directions

  1. Wash carrots and dry.   Preheat oven to 400 levels.

  2. Peel carrots, and discard the peelings.  Lay carrots on a sheet pan with parchment paper.  Chop rosemary finely.

  3. Combine maple syrup, dijon mustard, and rosemary in a cup.  Drizzle the carrots in it.  Toss the carrots to evenly coat.  

  4. Place carrots within the oven for 30-40 minutes, relying on how comfortable you want them.  Serve and luxuriate in!
